Manage or cancel a subscription
Apple bills Plus and Pro subscriptions. Open your Apple Account subscription settings to manage or cancel renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
From Kismera, open Settings → Subscription → Manage Plans; the lifetime offer for a current subscriber also provides Manage Apple Subscriptions.
Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase and has no renewal to cancel. Buying it does not automatically cancel an existing subscription. If you also have a subscription, cancel its renewal through Apple to prevent further subscription charges.
Restore a purchase
If you reinstalled Kismera or changed devices, sign in with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Open Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases to restore an eligible active subscription or a valid Pro Lifetime purchase. Refunded or revoked purchases do not restore access.
Request a refund
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled through Apple rather than by us.
Privacy & your data
There’s no account and no tracking. Manage or delete your content right inside the App, or read the full Privacy Policy.
Common questions
A mode looks locked — why?
Some modes require Plus or Pro. Open Settings → Subscription → Manage Plans to review your options, or choose Restore Purchases if you already purchased. Give StoreKit a moment to verify access. If verification fails, reconnect and try again; contact support with the App version, device model, and the error shown if the problem continues.
My draw data looks out of date
Open Settings → Historical Draws → Refresh Historical Draws, or use Refresh draws on the home screen. Kismera keeps the last valid cached or bundled history if an update fails. Check the displayed draw date and source-check information; a recent source check does not guarantee that a new draw has been published.
Sharing or exporting didn’t work
Try a different format (for example, text instead of a file) or regenerate your picks and share again. Exports are created on your device.
A purchase isn’t showing up
Sign in with the Apple Account that made the purchase, then open Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Apple’s StoreKit verifies active subscriptions and valid lifetime purchases; verification may take a moment after a purchase or device change. If an error appears, reconnect and try again, or send the error and your App version to support.
Does Kismera improve my chances of winning?
No. Kismera is for entertainment only. No mode predicts results or changes the official odds. Please play responsibly and only where it’s legal for you.
